Welcome to the online home of Junior Chess!
Junior Chess offers after-school chess instruction programs in a growing number of select schools in Pensacola, Florida and the surrounding area.
Our mission is to add value to the communities we serve by introducing children, their parents and their teachers to the world of chess.
We fulfill this mission by hosting after-school chess programs; offering one-on-one private chess lessons to children and adults; and holding regular chess tournaments in the Pensacola area.
Our 2009 Summer Chess Camp at CiCi's is starting soon!
Students will participate in strategic lectures, practice drills, and play in several types of mini tournaments including regular,
blitz (fast chess), and bughouse (team chess).Tournament winners will receive medals, and each participant will receive a special gift.
The camp will be July 20-24 from 9 a.m.-Noon and will cost $135 for the week which includes lunch. Click hereTo view and print out a camp registration form.
